A charming late 19th Century Porcelain & Brass mounted Clock Garniture Set Circa 1880
The clock having a copper dial with filigree rosette to the centre mounted in a rectangular case with porcelain insets delicately painted with a cherub presenting a wreath of pink roses to a seated lady with book. The peaked pediment surmounted by spire finials with flaming urns adorning the corners and decorative columns cast with trailing ivy either side of the front leading down to the swept plinth base. The movement stamped Medaille d’Argent and striking a gong.
